Image Technology and New York Law Journal Web sign deal- Image Technology
Corp., Philadelphia, said its Court Record Services, Inc., unit has
signed an agreement with the New York Law Journal's Law.com web site.
Jim Ruocchio, president of Image Technology, said his firm 'will be
able to sell our records and briefs through their Web site, as a co-branded
online store, and share the revenue.' He said Image Technology will
continue to operate existing sites and services.

Record Storage Inc. (RSI) a subsidiary of ITC was awarded
a record storage contract with the Port Authority of New York and New
Jersey. This contract is the first storage contract of its kind. It
requires the on-site and off-site management of approximately 5,000,000
documents and engineering drawings. |

Court Record Services (CRS) a subsidiary of ITC was notified
that it was awarded a substantial microfilming contract with the State
of New York. The contract is valued at $1.0 million over 5 years, but
its value to CRS is much greater. The contract is for filming the Appellate
Divisions (Depts 1-2-3-4) of the New York Supreme Court. This contract
gives CRS exclusive access to the briefs directly from the court months
before they are argued, which means that those cases will be available
on our website "BriefServe.com" prior to the decision. |
